Craigard Studio is a small independent art studio based on the Isle of Bute, Scotland. We sell Giclée prints fulfilled by Creative Hub, and small‑packet studio items (plush and jewellery) shipped directly from Craigard Studio.

2. Products

Giclée Prints

All prints are produced using archival materials and fulfilled by Creative Hub. Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and print processes.

Plush & Jewellery

Small‑packet items are handmade or hand‑assembled in‑studio. Minor variations may occur due to the nature of handcrafted work.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£). Prices may change without notice. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on product type and destination.

4. Ordering & Fulfilment

Print Orders (Creative Hub)

Prints and framed prints are produced and dispatched by Creative Hub. If your order contains multiple framed prints, shipping is charged per frame unit. Print‑only orders are charged shipping per order.

Small‑Packet Orders (Plush & Jewellery)

These items are packed and shipped directly from Craigard Studio. If your order contains mixed items (prints + plush/jewellery), they may arrive in separate parcels.

5. Shipping

Shipping details are outlined fully on our Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery times vary by region and shipping method. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy is outlined on the Returns & Refunds page. Customers must contact us before returning any item. Prints fulfilled by Creative Hub may require photographic evidence of damage or misprint before a replacement is issued.

7. Cancellations

Orders for prints may only be cancelled before production begins. Once Creative Hub has started fulfilment, cancellations may not be possible. Small‑packet items can be cancelled before dispatch.

All artwork, images, and content on this website are the property of Craigard Studio. Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.
