Print‑only and framed prints are delivered via standard delivery. Delivery time: 7–10 working days. Shipping is charged per order for unframed prints and per frame unit for framed prints.

Production & Dispatch
Each print is produced in small batches using archival materials. Once your order is placed, it is printed, checked, and dispatched directly from Creative Hub’s fulfilment centre.
Tracking
Standard delivery may include limited tracking depending on destination.
Plush items and jewellery are shipped directly from Craigard Studio.
UK Shipping
Small packets are sent via Royal Mail (2nd Class or Tracked 48 depending on item value). Delivery time: 3–5 working days. Shipping is charged per parcel.
International Shipping
Small packets sent outside the UK use Royal Mail International Tracked.
