Jewellery items are shipped directly from Craigard Studio. If your item arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We may request photographic evidence so we can assess the issue. Refunds or replacements are issued once the item has been returned and inspected. For non‑faulty returns, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned at the customer’s expense.

If the item arrives damaged, we will cover return postage where a return is required.

Refunds are not available for minor or typical postal delays, including customs processing. Significant delays are assessed on a case‑by‑case basis.

Commissioned or customised jewellery pieces are non‑refundable once approved.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

UK Orders

Postage and packaging are included in the listed price. Jewellery is shipped directly from Craigard Studio via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or 2nd Class, depending on item value. Typical delivery time is 3–5 working days.

International Orders

Jewellery is shipped outside the UK using Royal Mail International Tracked. Shipping is charged per parcel and varies by region:

• Europe: approx. 7–10 working days

• North America: approx. 7–10 working days

• Australia & New Zealand: approx. 7–10 working days

• Rest of World: approx. 10–16 working days

Low‑value items may use International Standard on request, though tracking is not included.
