This giclee print “Gite Côte d'Azur” in Var, South of France, was created en plein air. The warm Mediterranean climate, complemented by a cooling swimming pool in this authentic French villa, provided a truly magnificent experience that the family thoroughly enjoyed. The hotter climate presented new challenges that I had not encountered before with acrylic paint. As I was still learning at the time, a process that continues to this day, I came away with a sense of achievement and appreciation.
