This is my second painting of the Craster shoreline in Northeast England. Utilizing heavy texture and impasto techniques with palette knives, I have created a dramatic seascape that captures nature at its most intense. The rugged rocks, hardened by the sea's brutal outbursts, stand as a stark warning to those who might tempt fate. Heeding this warning, I retreated to our cozy shoreline Airbnb house, where I was able to capture this awe-inspiring experience from the warmth and safety of shelter.
