If your plush item arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We may request photographic evidence so we can assess the issue. Refunds or replacements are issued once the item has been returned and inspected. For non‑faulty returns, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned at the customer’s expense.

If the item arrives damaged, we will cover return postage where a return is required.

Refunds are not available for minor or typical postal delays, including customs processing. Significant delays are assessed on a case‑by‑case basis.

Commissioned or customised plush items are non‑refundable once approved.

UK Orders

Postage and packaging are included in the listed price. Plush items are shipped directly from Craigard Studio via Royal Mail 2nd Class or Tracked 48, depending on item value. Typical delivery time is 3–5 working days.

International Orders

Plush items are shipped outside the UK using Royal Mail International Tracked. Shipping is charged per parcel and varies by region:

Europe: approx. 7–10 working days

North America: approx. 7–10 working days

Australia & New Zealand: approx. 7–10 working days

Rest of World: approx. 10–16 working days

Tracking is included for all international plush orders to ensure safe transit.
